Revivre - Mixed Reality Museum Installation

This mixed-reality installation for the French National History Museum in Paris provides visitors with the unique opportunity to see extinct animals come back to life to roam the exhibit halls.

By putting on the Hololens 2 mixed reality headset, visitors embark on a self-led gallery tour where 3D-animated versions of extinct animals appear and move around within the physical gallery space.

The 14-minute experience includes 11 distinct interactions where visitors learn about the animals and their extinction. Multiple groups and multiple participants are able to enjoy the experience simultaneously.
